Chief Human Resources Officer
Cathy Missildine is Verida’s Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all HR functions and aligning Verida’s staffing plans with service delivery and contract needs. Prior to joining the company in 2016, she co-founded Intellectual Capital Consulting, where she spent 20 years in the human resources consulting industry. She is an expert in recruiting strategy, employee relations and retention, and organizational leadership. Her past experience has given her a broad understanding of business issues and a solid foundation for building performance-enhancing systems that support the business.
Cathy earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, where she is now an adjunct professor. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
